Focus:
To bring scholars, research scholars, administrators,intellectuals to reflect and validate traditional practices.

The bi-monthly sittings are currently held on the series Religio-Spiritual Movements of Arunachal Pradesh to Sustain Indigenous faith and culture.
Indigenous Study Circle
Aims & Objectives:

  • To understand the richness of one another’s traditional systems and identify the unifying elements that binds us.
  • To reflect on how best to provide continuity to these practices in a fast-changing complex lifestyle.
  • To understand the challenges confronting the indigenous faith and culture and work to nourish it.
  • Periodical meetings on pre-circulated specific topics to be discussed.
  • Study Circle as bridge between the knowledgeable and the youth.
  • Efforts to evolve the society in a positive direction.
  • Organising memorial lectures, seminars, etc.
  • Documentation, Publications, Pamphlets, Audio-Visual documentation, compilation and codification.
  • Dissemination of information
  • Literary activities: Debates, painting exhibitions, essay writing, etc.
